To people who are doing second job , don't advice others about real estate

I am FTE. My distant cousin owns a desi consultancy  and I am not interested in second job because it takes away my time with my growing family now. Wife on EAD worked for good companies in india , also became FTE in US , then took a break as both of us working and not sending daughter to day care because of pandemic is affecting my little daughter.   Good for people doing second job , you guys are making it work. 

But please don't advice others on real estate investing . Please go ahead and accumulate wealth.  I am happy for you guys .not everyone can manage two jobs . You guys are doing it and you deserve the extra money . Just because you are earning extra with second job, don't lecture on buying rental properties.

We both decided bro. Wife has hectic work schedule too . With both of us in meetings and work , daughter wants to be on iPad all the time. We were not comfortable sending her to daycare with pandemic .

Second job gurinchi chepthe , problem enti bro. Only people who wish for our good , wants us to do second job . Burra pagal denging to invest in rental properties.  Prathodu,  only down-payment Mataram kadithe chalu , rent payments will take care of mortgage payments ani sava 10ging. Not ready to leverage that much of money ra babulu ante, risk cheyakapothe ilage untav ani class peeking . I have a good idea about stock markets and all. Second jobs andharu oka group la form ayyi mari, sava 10ging .they feel like they know more than me and they say that I am being arrogant. May be I am , but this is what works for me at this time . I am only 31 . Lot of life ahead . No need to chase is my philosophy.  Just venting out anthe .thu bura math sochna.
