Hey Guys..I need your suggestions please help me out...

Ok..my vendor is a desi company and there is one more mid vendor in between  through which I am wrking for a client here in PA..the hourly pay rate clinet is offfering the mid vendor is 52$ and they are offering my vendor 40$ and adu naku musthi 22$hr isthunnadu anthey...actual ga after 6 months penchuthadu annadu kani 1 year nunchi ide bill rate..

Kani what happened antey aa ma mid vendor is nt selected in the client vendors list and all people who came through that direct vendor has to leave by oct 31st or Nov 5th..so nenu kooda vellipovali ..

Kani my manager likes my wrk and she asked me to shift my venor and become directly to the compnay whom they have selected as their vendors

I spoke with them and they told they will be offering me 34$/hr without benifits annadu..so naku ippudu boledu questions vunnayi
note: i told him everything that I am on OPT i need h1 sponser na exp emi adagaledu endukantey nenu already wrk chesthunna kada andukey..

1)A vendor amercian compnay so american company join avvadam risk ledaaa?
2)ma vadi tho 15 month contract sign chesanu kani 12 months ee ayyindi inka so vellipothey vadi emaina chesthada?

3)na OPT 2012 November varaku vundi as my OPT started this year on may 31st and as i did my masters in csc i have 27 months OPT kanuka till 2012 ov varaku vudi..so okavela amercian compnay join aithey vadini h1 next year cheyyamanala leka 2012 lo cheyinchukona?
4)ma desi compnay gadu antadu as ur project getting over eesari next project ki manchi billing isthamu le don wrry and next year h1 sponser chsthadu antunnadu..so aditho vundipothey bestaaa?

American Vendor company is offering the job becoz you are required by client which they see as a benefit. Desi's American companies tho velladam safe kadu but in your case if you feel client needs you for atleast one yr or more you can go with them. Bro...1) Check with american vendor,if project's done what is the time he gives to get another one(Most of them gives atleast 2 to 3 weeks..as i am working for an american vendor.)
2) Mee employer em cheyyaledu coz he just ur paycheck thats all....if an agreement is there it is not valid as ur not on his h1..only issue is get ur pay asap.
So Green card processing and other things anni vallu chusukovali adi adugu....thats all..best of luck.

No risk unless your job stays for a while.. nee current job emana contract based a??
If it lasts for longer period no issues at all... if it is a short term then you might have some issues.. issues in the sense you should again look for job ante..
