Free advice : have emergency savings for atleast 6 months of expenses

Uncertain times , some economists calling recession. It is better to have emergency savings worth atleast 4-6 months of your monthly expenses . This applies even more to households with single visa ( also applies to tejalu doing 2-4 jobs but having single visa in household ). If times are bad. Your house may be half of the value  and your job is gone . Be conservative during these times . Extra income undhi kadha ani ekkuva avesapadakandi . If you can't control avesham and buying houses left and right, atleast have emergency funds covering those mortgages.

Biggest expense is rent/mortgages. Avi lekapothe mana other expenses are less than 1000 a month

those who took the covid reliief cannot get refinance, such relief allways come with rider, dont think they will ever give relief to mortgages again when recession hits

Yeah,  but for home owners , if they have 6 months of expenses or so, bathuku jatka bandi koncham lagachu hoping everything settles down slowly . You don't want to foreclose your home
