iddaritho Posted March 30, 2022 Report Share Posted March 30, 2022 Hey I have been doing strength training for 8 weeks now , built good shape I have a group of friends and lately started playing tennis and pickle ball and volley ball for the last 6 month I am addicted to gym so not able to stop doing weights and exercise everyday In my rest day I am playing tennis and other sports after 30 days I injured my calf muscle so question , I am unable to stop weight training. how are you guys managing weight training and sport together Do you play sports and do weights same day ? ThinkDifferent Posted March 30, 2022 Report Share Posted March 30, 2022 What I've understand from my readings is - You must not include weight + cardio (it may be too much for body). Its not the same case for everyone though. You've to look for the calories intake + calorie burn... the difference shouldn't be more than 500-600 (to loose weight).
