Working for desi mestri got new FT job offer. H1b sahayam

I have a good full time job offer and got my h1b transferred approved. Can i move to new company without giving notice to my current employer.

my current employer Desi mestri consulting . Problem create chestada notice ivvadam ledu

yeah .. nuvu once vachake kadha i94 update iyedhi .. india lo vunapude offered so vachi notice yestunanu  paper work antha ready vundhi just submitted and working on notice ani chepu .. 

if he has given good life to you you may say ia m leaving in 1 week or so after joining new company that way you wont be loosing your money kadha
