first need to buy a hunting gun ... based on hunting gun license a h1 holder can buy a regular gun ...

so get a hunting gun license and hunting gun ... i think basspro shop or any hunting store can give u hunting license ...

In addition, a non-immigrant alien legally in the United States with or without a non-immigrant visa may lawfully acquire a firearm only if he/she meets State of residence requirements as required by the Federal government.
