TG is rich state. So people who are in power are getting richer every day.

AP may be same.

Middle class and poorer classes keep fighting with each other on all unnecessary and not so useful divisions created by them. Eg. Caste, regional, religion, etc

I never see any unity among middle class to dictate what is needed for them from the state.

If one smart cunning politician can convince around 40% of the population to vote for him, he sits in power. It's open secret that majority of the voters just vote based on what they get just before election.

Telangana is making same GSDP with approx 2cr less population, per capita income differs in that case. andhra has major industries which contribute to the goods production like vizag steel and automotive industries. 
for 2021-22 gsdp of TG is projected to grow to 11.5 lakh crores at 19.1% growth rate, over all they are anticipating 30 lakh crores by 2030.
