Gun law abolish is like ROAD Extension in India.

public wants that infrastructure development but what about shop owners ? 

Govt cannot pay them actual market rate and abolishing gun doesn't bring in big election fund.

It can only happen if abolishing gun law brings in huge number of opposition votes .... there are many common American folks who wants Gun for various reasons.
