DFW kashtam cool down avadam….given chance most of desi wants to move to dallas….rich desis will buy second home to rent out….endukante we want Indian style community where kids have lot of activities and other kids to play with

Same feeling every one thinks house price will keep raising 

just like in stocks , every one buys out of pressure 

The prices will fall ( FYI I have two houses already )

but may be not drastically 10 % correction 

 

but again if you live in the house you should buy it 

once correction happens then it will eventually go up per inflation and growth

New house prices won’t go down.. 

Old houses inventory will increase in the summer… so better chances of buying a home in the summer..

Brother ,  check out haslet and Justin areas . The prices are still affordable and desis are slowly moving to these suburbs . Northwest isd is decent and there are some good employers in westlake area
