I140 PP help received on 3/28 no status yet please help

i have eb3 i140 approved, now applied for eb2

My attorney insisting when we apply for eb2 pp, it will deny, and we will asked after 30 days, is this true ?

and my attorney while applying eb2 pp, she missed a 0 in case number in i-907 form


what happens now ?

will it reject

My employer is also saying the same.. if we apply for Premium.. they will simply deny it; 😖
