I have my father in law in Hyd. He identified few, but i dont have money as of now. 

You need to have someone from your family who has that knowledge and contacts. Otherwise risky.

Recently visited this when i was in India. All transactions are white.

Retail space on ground  is some 13000 rs/ Sft

2,3,4 floors 11000 rs /sft

5, 6 floors 12000 rs/sft

 

He divided space into few sfts and rate is according to that.

 

Builder is going to handover space to customers and he said owners should form association and manage property. My FIL did not like that idea. I know nothing about real estate in India.

Yeah. Commercial building. Construction almost done, just interior stuff pending.
