guys pls help on a clarification . 

I am about to change my job , so as part of that,  new company lo join ayaka minimum 1 year padatadhi to get my i140 filed and approved again. So in the mean time if I have to extend h4ead for my spouse can i proceed with my old i140 . Nenu company change ayaka e previous i140 ni employer emaina chesthada ? if so will I not be able to extend the h4ead?

you can file h4 exrtn with previous employer I-140

 

you should stay/work with previous employer at leaset 180 days , in this previous employer cant revoke I-140
