AOS application pending undi....... urgent situation undi and going for  H-Okati and H-Nalugu stamping.

No EAD/AP yet....... H1 i-797 valid till Approval till 2024.

What questions are expected?

BTW DS-160 form lo have you applied for immigrant petition ani undi...

Ans: My PD was current and my employer filed for Adjust of status ani petta...

 

Is it ok?

Yes ani pettali, it will ask for Receipt number mostly.

No additional ques. they might ask why are u traveling, emergency ante ok antaru.

neeku elago AP EAD approve avvaledu kabatti.

PS: u might have to re-apply for AP once u enter back...ippudu apply cheisndi deny chestadu., EAD wil be approved.

MY PRIORITY DATE WAS CURRENT IN MONTH YEAR AND MY EMPLOYER ABCD HAS FILED MY ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS PETITION.
