Recent ga oka house chudadam jarigindi.. chusina roje offer ichasam which is 30K over asking price inka highest bid meedha 1K istham ani pettamu since we liked it a lot..

house is listed for 870K.. 

now we got counter to submit the offer for 951k.. because they are saying someone offered 950K........

Buyer side desi realtor undi and she had bad reviews and I dont think house is worth 950K and have any open interest offer for 950k, naku telsi they are making up some dummy offer to push the price up..

Check the rates in that area.. if really worth 950K and you can afford, go for it… 

Down payment in laws ivvadam enti?? You have to show the funds to the lender.. there are limits on gifts for home purchase… find that out.. Austin taxes kuda baga ekkuva
