GC RFE anta red light jump

Got RFE for GC
1. By mistake jumped Red light in 2009. Street camera took picture and received citation via mail. Paid fine and had defensive driving course. now received RFE to submit proof and details.. I have lost citation papers.. DMV does not keep history for more than 10 years.. what are the options?

2. My wife got RFE to submit marriage proof, wedding photos etc.. wedding card and name change gazette was in local language and not in English.. do we need to convert it to English? Do we need to notarize it? What’s the process?

If DMV has no records, how can USCIS give you an RFE? Makes me think it is fake

Check your case status correctly, traffic citations are not something USCIS care.

Also marriage certificate tho vallakem pani undadu, you can get it notarized if it helps.

Red light jump sound like fake. Usually the ticket is not associated with persons driving history since that car could be drove by anyone. It's just responsibility of car register to pay the citation.
