Why only change  ministers after half term?
why not change the CM …ani kooda adagaleni mla’s & ministers …

Isin it how it works, or has anything changed? I mean, this is how it was always.

90% of the ministers in the cabinet never had a say in any policy decisions. Look at TG Cabinet, since 2014 no cabinet minister had a say and we don't need proof to understand such things. 

The same was the case with YSR, CBN or MMS or Modi. top 1% in the power corridor makes the decisions.

Freebies are never really going to help win the elections. A contributing factor for sure but consolidating a vote bank much before the elections is going to play a crucial role. I think SC and ST's vote bank along with minorities is going to form a formidable vote bank for YCP. 

Coming to loyalists, YSR's era has ended officially. People who have helped Jagan have also been shunned from ministries, which shows the focus is completely on the upcoming elections and nothing else.
