Overall nice but it needs many improvements 

1. It looks flat , i mean there is no depth of field - which is very imp for these kind of paintings ( may be you could have painted little elephant closer to canvas to create that depth of 3d or perspective)

2. Jumping deer looks again out of place and looks forced in to the scene

3. elephants eye balls placement is wrong - they are looking in 2 directions

4. Tree leaves colors needs more variation in hues to create depth with light and dark tones/shades

5. study more about perspective painting and depth of field

Well tried but some where lacks naturality.. Particularly that kind of stripes on elephants.
