Raw rice istamu anutunnaru kada, no state is converting paddy to rice rather selling the produce to the FCI, Telangana and may be AP are only states which take the onus of converting paddy to rice through rice mills.

Raw rice konadanki FCI ready undhi and can even export, export restrictions on rice are lifted. Problem vachinde parboil rice tho as majority of telangana mills are parboiled
