Exton, PA. Townhome listed for 525. Pending in one day. Went for 590 with both side transfer tax paid by buyer. Last month same house sold for 495

Bakraaa gallani susi they will sell. If they default it will affect their credit. The best option is to get rid of it and make someone KVP.
