technically yes....but EAD approve ki inni weeks/months processing time ani cheppatam kastam. USCIS evariki eppudu approve chesthunnaro evariki idea ledhu....so it may take few months. But dates alage current undali...lets say, nuvvu 485 apply chesaka, processing lo undaga, malli retrogress aithe...back to sq1. 

So filing or final action date....once dates become current, they must be current until you get your EAD/GC.

GC date current ayyi...if you apply for it..retrogress aina GC vastadi kada uncle...there is no need for them to be current till we get the GC...this happened in 2008-2009 times

No bro, your date has to be current to issue GC. If dates get retrogress, your application will be kept a side until the date become current again.

you will get EAD/AP even dates retrogress..all you need is 485 filed and received in time. you will need to keep renewing EAD/AP until date become current again to get GC

I think you are right....but for GC, Final action dates need to be current until your case is approved.
