Yes same trend..they can earn you decent rental income and handy cash as tenant deposits....at a minimum you can give them for restaurants or bars....

I think it’s not the same 

2020 Morth NHAI circular says the safety norms to start a project on side of NHAI 

it includes construction of De-acceleration lane to go into the restaurant or residential project or commercial building 

and acceleration lane to come out of project and enter National highway 

if we construct on service road then there is a little flexibility in these de-acceleration and acceleration lanes 

but if it on Highway then owner of the business has to build these roads and maintain them 

this is for safety purposes 

heard NHAI is not giving permissions to start businesses in 95% cases

because these permissions are applied on NHAI Morth website and not in local offices 

Green field national highways concept vachaka they are implementing rules strictly
