I thought we will get GC as long as our date is current by the time USCIS receives it . Future lo retrogress ayethey and mana application pending lo unte application on hold ki velthundha?

You will be eligible for benefits like ead and advance parole and ur application can be pre adjudicated but no gc unless the fad is current

Sheet man this is terrible . Uscis delay chesthey punch manaki yento. 
 

of course getting EAD is better than nothing . But most of people who apply for GC will have EAD already since they might have been eligible based if filing date .

Okka friend di pd 2009. Eppudo 8-9 yrs back current ayyi malli retrogress ayyayi. He got gc last year.
