HMDA plots unnayi 30+ antunnadu. GP layout plot negotiate chesi 18-20 ki invest cheyocha. Please advice bhayya!! Quote

I might move back to India in the next 3-4 years. I'm working for Infy now, its a very long term project and I'm planning to take manager role in India-Infy. I can build a good villa in 500 yards in future is what i'm thinking. In worst case, I can sell it if I join some other company when I move back and buy house/apartment in west side right. If I've to buy when I actually move to India then i might have to spend a lot, majority of my savings on home buying itself right. Quote

If not, I wouldn't even think about buying a plot, rather go for an apartment. Quote
