1.velli vachaka EAD-AP use cheuskoni ( married to Adjustment of status kada).. malli H1b ki ela velutam bro? any idea..

2.after landing with AP--> day1 ye manamu i9 form update cheyala.. to run pay roll using EAD number ( instead of h1)

U can use ap and continue working on h1b ,

During renewal or travel to Mexico on automatic revalidation your h1 will be recaptured with new i94

Renewal ayina problem ledu I mean if u want to go Mexico go before h1 expiry

If u want to he on proper h1 automatic revalidation apudu h1 copy chupistamu then u get 94 , else u will be entered on parole status only difference is just in case if u want to file new 485 future future lo u can do

Yo em matladutunnav saami, once u use AP , h1b is no longer valid. Go check with ur attorney
