Haha.. it's high profile case. So they will be threatened. 

Scientific/forensic evidence would have been sufficient. His speech copies were stored at that time

Didn't follow. I think Asad studied law. So I guess, he can convey the message without irking himself legally.

Always had this question as why the cases run for years and years.

Looked at the state budget.

Administration of law is not even budgeted 0.5% 

State runs and finances all courts including high court. 

I don't see any govt solving this problem.
