good way is get a offer with more pay outside and ask them to match if not get out..this will definitely work and i have seen many people doing this

It is better to do this only with another better offer in hand, okasari velipothuna ani cheppaka one shuld be ready to leave for another opportunity or else don’t say anything and continue working. Self respect undali.
