Here is my 2 cents :  buy time and be at the money . Don’t go way too much  out of money 

If you buy anything within week expiry you will loose 100&% no exceptions

Yeah as vampire said start with aapl 2024s buy spreads since there is much decay now buy something like 120-180 so your money will be safe relatively.
