Also, Summer lo nice weather valla construction kuda konchem peruguthadhi. Overll ga less buying and more construction will add up to increased inventory. 

Atleast this bidding craze will go down and homes prices will cool off a bit in next 6 months. 

 

PS : I'm no expert. So dont quote me on this. I have a mediocre brain which does not attend kitty parties or suffer from FOMO syndrome. Thats it.
