thanks all!

agree that appreciation is more in india compared to US but time also matters

I gave a good thought, Iam not a great multitasker. family in india are elderly.  Me living and working in US, konadam/ammadam in india not realistic to me. intlo ma ladies  shop, eat, celebrate type..
