2020 or before house koni close chesina vallaki there is a lot of profit/equity. They will not be in negative territory even if the home prices correct by 10 to 15%. 2021 vallu probably neutral territory but 2022 lo closing batch matram I feel that they are bound to lose some money in the immediate short term, they need to stay in the house for 5 to 7 years to break even and make some profit and build some equity.
