Punjab Police on Wednesday filed an FIR against former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Kumar Vishwas in Rupnagar town for 'inflammatory statements' against AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal in the run-up to the February 20 state assembly elections.
