Oke company lo long term unte ive issues, say for ex mee lead 3yrs back join ayyadu aa time aa position ki 50$ max ee 3yrs lo inko5$ perigidi but ee 3 yrs lo company grow avvachu lot of requirements etc etc valla ippudu join ayina vallaki 60$ ravachu its common kada. Mee lead ippudu inko company ki pothe 70$ ala ravachu
