6. నేషనల్ షెడ్యూల్డ్ కాస్ట్స్ ఫైనాన్స్ అండ్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కార్పొరేషన్ (NSKFDC) ద్వారా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చే కేంద్ర ప్రాయోజిత పథకాలు నిలిపివేయడం.

 

7. ఉద్యోగుల స్టడీ లీవ్ పూర్వస్థితిని మార్చివేయడం

8. ఏపీ స్టడీ సర్కిల్స్, అంబేద్కర్ స్టడీ సర్కిల్స్ రద్దు

9. బుక్ బ్యాంక్ స్కీమ్ రద్దు.

10. ఇళ్ల స్థలాలు ఇచ్చే క్రమంలో 34 లక్షల ఇళ్ల కోసం 11,000 ఎకరాల అసైన్డ్ భూములు స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడం.

11. ప్రధాన్ మంత్రి ఆదర్శ్ గ్రామ యోజన (పిఎమ్‌జివై): ఎస్సీ జనాభా 50% ఉన్న షెడ్యూల్డ్ కులాల (ఎస్సీ) మెజారిటీ గ్రామాల సమగ్ర అభివృద్ధి కోసం కేటాయించిన కేంద్ర ప్రాయోజిత పథకం 'ప్రధాన్ మంత్రి ఆదర్శ్ గ్రామ యోజన' (పిఎంజి) నిధులు దారి మళ్లించారు.

12. స్టాండప్ ఇండియా ద్వారా ఎస్సీ ఎస్టీలకు రుణాలు ఇచ్చే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు అమలు చెయ్యడం లేదు.

13. ఎస్సీ నియోజకవర్గాలకు కేంద్ర బిందువుగా ఉండి ఎస్సీ నియోజక వర్గాలలో నిర్మించబడుతున్న అమరావతి రాజధానిని నిర్వీర్యం చేయడంతో దళితుల భవిష్యత్తును నాశనం చేశారు.

14. జగనన్న విద్యా దీవెన, జగనన్న వసతి దీవెన ద్వారా కన్వీనర్ కోటా మినహాయించి మిగతా ఏ కోటాలో చేరిన ఉపకార వేతనాలు ఉండవని జి.ఓ.నం 77 ఇచ్చి విద్యార్ధులను మోసం చేశారు

15. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ బ్యాక్ లాగ్ పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేయకపోవడం..

16. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ ఉద్యోగుల ప్రమోషన్లలో రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలుకు నిరాకరణ

17. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు కారుణ్య నియామకాలను భర్తీ చేయడం లేదు.

18. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ అత్యాచార నిరోధక చట్టం అమలు విషయంలో సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పు అనుసరించి 41 సి.ఆర్.పి.సి నోటీసులు ఇవ్వకుండా ప్రభుత్వం ఇంతవరకు ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేయలేదు. అందువలన నిందితులు స్టేషన్ బెయిల్ పొందుతున్నారు.

19. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బిసి, మైనారిటీలకు 60 కార్పోరేషన్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి కనీసం ఒక్క లోను కూడా మంజూరు చేయకపోవడం
20. ఎస్సీ కమీషన్ కు రిటైర్డ్ న్యాయమూర్తిని ప్రకటించకపోవడం
21. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, పిల్లలకు విద్యను దూరం చేయడానికే సర్క్యులర్ 172c.

It was always highest in AP among the south. look up ncrb data. In fact its much higher in TG proportional to the population of sc there. look up ncrb data ra lavda.

and UP's share of attacks on sc/st is 6 times more than AP, while its sc/st population is only 4.5 times more.

according to the new data, the crime stats has been going up and down, It increased in 2019, and decreased in 2020. attacks on dalits only have increased in states like MP, Bihar, and to an extent Telangana.
