Zestimate is down 2%

I sold my house last week and closing in 2 weeks , zestimate e week is down by 2% and we have appraisal scheduled next week

Buyer did not waive appraisal? Last 1 year nundi trend no appraisal no inspection. Why did you accept offer with contingency?

Don’t worry, appraisal is based on last sold stats. Last 3 months lo changes shouldn’t affect
