Ne moham… Azad J&K region which is controlled by pak has some good engineering and medical colleges. Just like people from other states go to Ukraine and China for MBBS, students from some part of J&K go to Azad J&K for education. I know a guy who studied like that and he now works for a national laboratory in USA.

Student exchange program improves ties between two countries and people. invalidating all pak degrees is a foolish decision.

India - Pak has some student exchange programs where students from Pak visit IITs and learn. This helps students realize India is not what they were told in Pakistan and Pakistan is not we were told.
