I personally think Jagan is going to win again

Reason:

Jagan:

Freebies, volunteer system , not much of antiwave atlease for now except in TDP news channels

CBN:

Unfortunately they were unable to figure out how to solidify leadership. 

I dont think people in state accepted Lokesh as a leader.

Unable to identify and encourage other young leaders as CBN is worried about  those folks eclipsing Lokesh

 

Personally  i dont think state will benefit from either of those folks leadership. Just few connencted folks eat money and distribute some to poor.Middle class will be same when it comes to roads, hospitals etc.It dint change in 70 yrs. Why anyone bother to change now.

Society is more divided on caste an creed basis due to rampant social media use, news etc.

But my personal perception is this Jagan guy is going to win.
