Prashant Kishor declines Congress' offer to join the party..
వీడు basic గా ఎవరికి గెలుపు అవకాశాలు ఎక్కువ ఉంటాయో.. ఎవరికి ఎక్కువ Edge ఉంటుందో.. ఎవరు feudal mentality తో అజమాయిషీ చాలాయిస్తారో వారికి వంత పాడి వారి గెలుపుకు కృషి చేస్తాడు.. 
Basic గా చెప్పాలంటే.. వీడు chances ఎక్కువ ఉన్న రాజకీయ పార్టీకి కొంచెం వూతం మాత్రమే ఇవ్వగలడు..
