Negative investment emi avakapovachu kani dead investment for sure…

if this is for your primary residence, you got a deal. If it was for future sale, then your money might get struck for a while if not years

its for investment only. 4200/sft padindi. now builder selling for 4900. oka 1 km lo myhome vadu 6k plus ki selling. lets see.  occupancy chala takkuva vundi hyd lo it seems

Anodhu kani completed apartment communities Lo occupancy is less than 50% ani chepochu…MyHome is on a different level…all white money sale and marketing behemoth, he identifies lucrative buyers and avail cheap loans to build where as local builders pre sale to recover input investment.

It’s a long shot..
