fish oil supplements ( over the counter)  yevarina use chesara.. me personal exp share cheyandi.. good?

life lo epudu ela supplements teuskole .. 1st taking these tablets, so checking ... 

recently started using it to my  lower triglycerides level. however diet kuda chestuna.. to loose weight..

I used for a few years...they helped me to reduce my cholesterol levels bro but with proper diet
