Tesla is proven and has good potential. Already Ford pickup trucks ki demand ekkuva eventhough mileage lekkuna now if Lightning proves it is good then yes demand will be huge.

They are making Elon and his team spend all the money on R and D. The technology has a long way to go still.
 

Once tesla comes up with all it’s needed. They will jump in and then start the manufacture with slight modifications. Wait and watch. These giants are massive empires and they are not stupid by any means. 
 

also there is a good chance that hydrogen fuel cells might see some breakthroughs. It won’t be pure electric cars in future. It will be a mix of all. Automobile market is very receptive now
