Bro my lender rate 5.6 % antunadu. Can I lock it? or do I need to wait for couple weeks.

Closing end of may.

Ya wait cheyyi bro couple of weeks. You can benefit by locking at 6.5%

Get ARM for now..even 5.6 is way too high to lock

Look for 5/1 or 7/1 ARM loans.. you will get for low rates… but you will have to refinance after 5 or 7 years..
