My company(US based implementation partner) looking for experienced java developers. You can negotiate REMOTE also.
Client mostly federal. Let me know if looking(DM). Payscale subject to skillset and experience but I believe they pay decent compared to crappy indian MNC. 
They do H1 and GC.

Interview mode : one skype followed by mandatory F2F.
 

Location DMV area.
