Ala chesaara evaraina? builder is charging a lot for upgrades and outside we re saving close to 50% only problem … may be 1 year warranty with builder will be in problem … but outside vendor is giving 2 year warranty … Quote

But the price is baked into the sale price and so included as part of loan. Also when selling home, u dont have to go through the process of showing expenses for replacing in tax returns Quote
