But Interest rates are reasonably high in India. Its around 7%.  If they want, they can increase interest rates and pull back some money.

Vomerica ran out of that options since the rates are already too low. It wont be a soft landing for vomerica antunnaru. GDP is shrinking already too. These arent the cases with India as of now

all those who thought why india didnt do too much stimulus and reducing interest rates should see what is happening with US now, problems in india would have been many fold more than US if india followed the same polocies as US

baa, India lo home loans start at 7% and its offered for people with high credit score. And if the credit score average/reasonable then its 8.5+, if its low then 10+.

Inka auto/personal loans start at 10.5% and average credit score guys get at 12% and low credit score unte 13.5 to 14% .

Some people still wonder how home prices appreciated 30-40% percent in just an year.

So providing some evidence here.

Although home inventory shortage is indeed an issue, the unprecedented growth is actually aggravated by this free money supply.

Biden swearing ceremony was in Jan 2021. Do you have any evidence that he allowed printed after that? 

However I do blame him for not increasing interest rates atleast by Mid 2021. He did not foresee any of this. He is equally guilty.

 

Dump thatha is major culprit though.

Inaddition to this pumping, he also reduced corporate taxes without any reason. All that money is floating in stocks and real estate now.
