very true. certain window of time lo - the houses appraised by 100-120k between the time they signed and occupied. 

like mortgage for 500 - appraisal for 600. cashout chesukunte intloki vellagane - oka 80K teeyachu bayataki. what you do with that money is important but having an option like that would be fu**king awesome.

yeah this is better...if market is still hot, builder can sell it for more...so talk to them and figure it out.

$7500 is not too big amount when compared with other folks who paid 50K and some 10% or more down while signing the contract itself.....so oka 2 months loan amount anuko...out of  360 months (30yrs loan aithe).

are you backing out because of the paranoia that has been created in the last 1 month, or are you backing due to job loss or potential job less

home buying comes with lot off and stress and few folks can have buyers remorse before closing itself, think again why you wanted to buy and why you wanted to back out ani, if this has no bassis you never was ready for home buying to begin with
