Is it worth filling H4 & H4 EAD together for extension?

Lawyer asking 350 to file H4 EAD, 

will it comes fast if we file together or ok to file after H4 Extension approval by ourselves?

H4 won't come faster if you file together. H4 EAD may come faster if you file together.

my 2 cents... u can file H4 and H4 EAD all by urself..its just one form with all basic details...send both these forms to ur Lawyer and ask to add them in H1 packet to USCIS..

now days they are approving H4 and EAD in weeks time gap if either one is approved. so, apply together

Apply together, if possible premium, you will get H4 faster and you will have the benefit to avail the new 540 auto renewal extension if the EAD is not renewed before it expires.

Applied h1 extension on premium along with h4 extension and ead .All of them got approved in a week.This was in April 2nd week and application went to vermont
