usual ga rental house ante we alway think as Apartment/town houses...if we plan to live like that with 2 kids, then yes, renting is cheaper....but 100% no family will stay in apartment/townhouse with 2 kids...for sure they will aim for single family house. So never compare 30yrs apartment rental expense vs 30yrs single family

nee side ok bro....nobody is saying your calculation is wrong. Yes, we have Musk and Buffet as live and successful examples. Kani its all individual preferences....when my kids play in backyard, run through out the house and basement, I feel happy. 

Kids okasaari college ki velthe, we dont have to live in that big house anymore....sell it and move to avg school dist. area and live in townhouse/apartment.

Buying a home is not all that rosy. Only benefit is you wont waste money in paying rents per se. Oh may be some satisfaction of owning a place.
