Regarding work in UK while staying in US

Hello all, I am looking for an advice related to having multiple work VISAs while being an Indian citizen. 

I am currently working on a UKs Tier 2 visa. My wife is my dependent and working here in UK and now she is planning to extend her VISA to UKs Global Talent VISA as she is working with a company here. Suddenly, I got an opportunity in US and the employer is ready to sponsor me a visa (not sure exactly which visa). If we both move to US can my wife still maintain UK's Global Talent VISA and stay with me in US as my dependent? Can an Indian citizen allowed to have multiple work visas? This is to ensure that she keeps working in a UK based company while being with me in US. 

Any advice on this front will be useful.
