I am also looking for ideas. 

From what I know, 

Real estate - good idea to start as a part time realtor build up your client base and then go full time if it makes sense

grocery store/gas station - lots of time commitment plus location specific, wrong location ayithe kudisipothavu

I know one sardarji owns 3 gas stations, works 100 hours per week. Gadhe ka life ani morapettukunnadu o sari

Mesthri dhandha - over saturated but if you can still make it work for you, has potential
