naake ila anipistunda or anyone else with me?

i am not a big fan of 100% remote work set up... infact not even hybrid.. i like 4 days in office and 1 day wfh.

technical skills wise i dont see any impact but i think I am not improving much on the people axis. ippudu anni companies remote ee kabatti it is an even playing field but what about a scenario when lot of companies call people back.
